What is a wine club?

A wine club is a membership-based service that delivers curated selections of wine to members on a regular schedule, such as monthly or quarterly. Members typically receive bottles selected based on their preferences or the club’s theme, and may enjoy exclusive access to limited releases, discounts, and wine education materials. Wine clubs can be operated by wineries, retailers, or independent organizations, and often provide a convenient way to explore new wines and expand one’s palate.

A Wine Club Manager typically oversees member communications, coordinates wine shipments, manages membership databases, and plans exclusive events for club members. The role often collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless member experience and to drive club growth.
