Job description

Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Everything viewed, touched and crafted will reflect an unsurpassed level of authenticity that speaks to our theme. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.
Europa Village is seeking a part-time Concierge to provide authentic and anticipatory service at our fast-paced winery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service is a must.
Responsibilities:

  • Possess the ability to create a memorable experience for guests through an unsurpassed standard of customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for guests
  • Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome and respond quickly to their requests
  • Understands the Wine Club Membership structure and assists with sales of memberships
  • Ensure that glassware stays on property
  • Assist with the collection and washing of glassware
  • Carry wine and merchandise to guests' cars as needed
  • May assist with directing guests to tables
  • Answer telephones and respond to guests inquiries
  • Able to accurately and efficiently operate a POS
  • Assist with cleanliness of restrooms throughout the day
  • Assist with stocking supplies as needed
  • Other essential duties as needed
Qualifications

  • Professional, courteous presentation
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Team player and willingness to work with other sales associates to reach sales goals
  • Ability to lift and move 40 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures as well as multi-task
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
