A seasonal, part-time Wine Club Representative job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. This role provides exceptional customer service experiences for Vintage Reserve Club Members and helps support in relation to conducting tastings, club marketing, reporting, events, and strategic planning.
This is a seasonal, part-time hourly role that is eligible for tips. This seasonal opportunity generally runs from May through October, depending on business needs. This role requires availability in the evenings and on weekends to support our Summer Concert Series.

Wine Club Representative job responsibilities include:
  • Greet and provide accurate information about the company/winery to visiting guests, as well as over the phone.
  • Respond to in-bound calls and emails and make out-bound calls related to general customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the planning & coordination of club and special events.
  • Drive revenue by selling wine and merchandise to wine club members.
  • Conduct winery tours, tastings, and events for wine club members.
  • Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, wine club memberships and to collect wine tasting fees as needed.
  • Assist with fulfillment of wine club and eCommerce orders as necessary, including pulling, packing, and processing wine orders for delivery, as well as curbside pickup.

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
  • MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a minimum of two (2) or more years in a customer service position.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and computer skills required.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:
$19.45 - $25.27 per hour based upon relevant experience.
