Known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality products, the organization is seeking a Wine Club Manager to oversee membership operations, enhance customer engagement, and support direct-to-consumer growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, driving customer loyalty, and managing programs that directly impact business growth.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Wine Club Manager is responsible for overseeing membership operations and delivering a seamless, engaging experience that drives retention, loyalty, and membership growth.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for current and prospective members, providing exceptional service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. The Wine Club Manager will lead membership releases and campaigns, support direct-to-consumer revenue initiatives, and ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, and Fulfillment teams, this position plays a critical role in executing membership programs, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership operations, including releases, shipments, campaigns, and member communications
  • Maintain accurate member records, process enrollments and account updates, and resolve payment-related issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, SMS, and in-person interactions
  • Partner with Marketing to execute targeted email and SMS campaigns, release communications, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of membership and e-commerce orders
  • Assist with member events, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Analyze membership performance metrics, including acquisition, retention, release success, and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Utilize membership management, reservation, compliance, and reporting platforms to support operations
  • Develop training resources and provide ongoing education to hospitality staff regarding membership offerings, promotions, and procedures
  • Coordinate inventory needs and communicate timelines related to releases and special promotions
  • Monitor shipping and compliance requirements in partnership with fulfillment and compliance vendors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in wine club management, hospitality, customer service, membership programs, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines during high-volume release periods
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, shipping logistics, and direct-to-consumer operations preferred
  • Experience with membership management or CRM platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events
