Through our wide range of programs and services, CEO works to meet the diverse needs of the community we serve. Our Community Resource Center is seeking a WIC Program Manager to lead and oversee WIC program operations while supporting participants, staff, and community partnerships.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all components of WIC services and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and support assigned staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and the delivery of high-quality services to WIC participants.
  • Support the development and implementation of program goals related to participant nutritional needs and grant initiatives.
  • Collaborate with agency programs and community partners to coordinate referrals and support participant access to services.
  • Ensure ongoing program compliance through quality assurance activities, including monitoring and evaluation of program operations.
  • Monitor caseload and breastfeeding goals and conduct outreach activities as needed to meet program objectives.
  • Complete required reporting and data entry and monitor staff documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in grant development and contract management, including program work plan and budget development.
  • Build and maintain internal and external partnerships that support participant needs and program referrals.
  • Perform nutrition and other program-related duties as needed to maintain efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies focused on continuous quality improvement, including completion of the required annual Self-Assessment.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field required (Master's degree preferred); or Registered Dietitian (RD) or RN/LPN with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday based on approved clinic hours.
