Our client, an acclaimed, national, plaintiff-focused, complex litigation boutique, seeks an experienced litigator to join its highly successful and growing practice in Chicago or St. Louis. The firm focuses on high-stakes, complex antitrust, commercial, environmental, ERISA, securities and whistleblower litigation for individual consumers, certified classes, government agencies and commercial entities of all sizes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and 10+ years of complex commercial litigation training from a peer level firm including managing cases, drafting and arguing substantive motions, leading and conducting all phases of discovery and significant first or second chair trial experience in state and federal court.
