About the Role:
Join WHITINGTON HOMES AND SERVICES as a Program Manager, where you will lead innovative projects that build strong families in our community, Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional casework and therapeutic services for children and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resources.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address challenges.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project updates to Board Members and executive leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's or Doctorate in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
  • Current license issued by the Indiana Social worker, Marriage and Family director Worker, or Mental Health Counselor Board as one of the following: 1) Clinical Social Worker, 2) Marriage and Family Direct Worker, 3) Mental Health Counselor 
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
