Project Manager responsible for overseeing and directing multiple web projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet or exceed marketing and business requirements while being delivered on-time and on-budget. This role focuses on web development projects, marketing communications, and multilingual initiatives across US, Europe, and Asia markets. Must have experience managing translation processes for international markets
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines for web projects and marketing communications across global markets
  • Manage project development and execution with varying scope and cross-functional team requirements
  • Execute projects within agreed timeframes with cohesive communications throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align resources to meet milestones and deliverables
Web-Specific Responsibilities
  • Follow complete project scope from proposal stage through determining functionality and technical requirements to development, execution, and delivery
  • Implement testing processes and coordinate with web teams to solve functional problems
  • Coordinate team members through training, task assignments, and quality control
  • Manage testing plans and perform quality assurance throughout all project phases
  • Facilitate daily web team scrums and manage project prioritization
  • Review outputs and provide comprehensive feedback to team members
  • Document and ensure compliance with team processes and best practices
Project Monitoring & Communication
  • Take ownership of projects, navigate issues, and cultivate positive team relationships
  • Create clear, comprehensive project status updates and progress reports
  • Monitor progress, identify/mitigate risks, and escalate to management when necessary
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes
Stakeholder & Quality Management
  • Partner with mkt managers to execute communication and web project priorities across all regions
  • Evaluate project requirements and collaborate with requestors to identify efficient implementations
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage project scope/change requests
  • Manage translation processes for international markets
Process & Resource Management
  • Identify process improvements for marketing communications and web projects
  • Manage project management tools and provide team support
  • Implement content updates using Content Management Systems
  • Facilitate meetings, document notes, and communicate action items
  • Handle resource allocation and QA/bug reporting
Technical Requirements
  • 5+ years web development project management experience
  • Understanding of business and technical web project objectives
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and web governance
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of translation processes for international projects
