Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of all service lines offered by Our Client.
  • Manage restoration and/or construction projects while maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel throughout all phases of the project.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, customer communication, change order management, and quality assurance.
  • Stay current on industry standards, construction methods, restoration techniques, and applicable regulations.
  • Review daily project activities, document progress, and communicate updates, concerns, and milestones to leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, photo logs, sketches, graphs, and records required by clients or third-party administrators.
  • Perform or oversee work related to fire, water, and reconstruction services as needed based on prior field experience.
  • Assist with qualifying vendors and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Successfully manage both fixed-price and time-and-material projects.
  • Ensure accurate project billing by providing complete documentation for invoicing.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain company vehicles in safe operating condition.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while protecting customer property throughout every phase of the project.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Participate in periodic travel, after-hours work, weekends, and CAT deployment when business needs require.
  • Accurately document labor hours, equipment usage, and materials consumed.
  • Attend all required company operations, safety, and professional development training.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Assist fellow Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while supporting catastrophe response efforts as needed.
  • Continue developing technical restoration knowledge or construction expertise, including local, state, and federal building regulations.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for Superintendents and field personnel.
  • Identify opportunities to expand project scope through additional services that benefit the client.
  • Communicate daily with Estimators regarding project status, schedule adjustments, scope changes, and potential challenges.
  • Demonstrate ongoing improvement in leadership, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and customer satisfaction.
  • Successfully complete projects on time, within budget, and with documented customer satisfaction.
  • Construction Focus:
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise employees and subcontractors throughout all project phases.
    • Read, interpret, and manage blueprints and construction documents.
    • Oversee projects exceeding $1 million in value.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Restoration Focus:
    • Lead restoration crews and temporary labor on mitigation and reconstruction projects.
    • Manage projects exceeding $1 million in value.
    • Complete company-approved technical training to strengthen areas of expertise.
    • Supervise multiple crews across multiple active projects.
    • Manage and document time-and-material projects while collaborating with Project Managers and Estimators to develop restoration plans.
