Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions that support supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, and business operations. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring product enhancements deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate has experience owning enterprise planning products and excels in Agile environments while partnering with supply chain and business leaders.
Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for one or more Integrated Business Planning (IBP) products.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and define product vision.
  • Lead Agile delivery by managing backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and product releases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through iterative product development and data-driven decision making.
  • Track product KPIs, user adoption, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Maintain product documentation and communicate roadmap priorities to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Product Owner experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, or related business planning functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle Supply Chain, or similar planning platforms.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or logistics environments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics, inventory planning, forecasting, and demand management.
  • Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or other Agile certifications.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management tools.
