Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

$18 per hour plus commission | OTE starting at $41,500+ during ramp | Approximately $51,000+ at full capacity | Paid training | Full-time | Remote

SalesHive is hiring full-time Sales Development Representatives to help businesses start more qualified sales conversations.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a professional sales career, including applicants without previous technology or B2B sales experience. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, call feedback, and the tools needed to improve.

What you will do

  • Call business prospects using SalesHive's dialing and CRM technology.
  • Introduce our clients' services clearly and professionally.
  • Ask discovery questions and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Work through common objections with coaching and preparation.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for client sales teams.
  • Keep accurate notes and activity records in the CRM.
  • Apply manager feedback to improve call quality and results.
