Addison Group is partnering with a well-established client in the industrial machinery sector that is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to its talent acquisition team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and identifying top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while working closely with HR and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and process improvement efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or skilled labor positions.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
