The Recruiting Onsite Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing recruiting, staffing, and associate support for a high-volume warehouse operation. This role works closely with warehouse leadership to maintain staffing levels and ensure a positive associate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard warehouse associates.

  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet staffing needs.

  • Partner with warehouse leadership on headcount and staffing requirements.

  • Monitor attendance, call-offs, turnover, and staffing coverage.

  • Support associate questions, concerns, and employee relations matters.

  • Coordinate assignment changes, transfers, and assignment ends.

  • Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records.

  • Ensure onboarding and staffing processes follow company and client requirements.

  • Lead and support onsite recruiting/staffing team members.

  • Communicate staffing updates and concerns to leadership.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • Comfortable using recruiting and workforce management systems.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
