Recruiting Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Agility 360 is searching for a Recruiting Specialist to support and join our growing recruiting and staffing department. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial, energetic, "Type A" personality along with a strong interest in beginning a career in talent management or some previous exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition. This person will partner with internal Agility management and external clients to anticipate, understand and meet our clients' evolving needs. They will also be expected to cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective talent as well as manage an existing contact database.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting services or personnel management.
  • Strong drive and ability to learn and advance their careers in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Must have excellent or advanced MS Office knowledge/experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • General understanding of software and systems (basic data mining and report creation)
  • Previous HR, Recruiting or Staffing experience a plus.
  • Some previous business development or client management experience a plus.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively fill open positions within required timeframes, including in person and remote interviews to identify applicant's qualifications.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop candidate selection criteria and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Work within Agility recruiting system/Database and external sites such as LinkedIn to source/identify new candidates.
  • Onboarding new hires; including drafting and negotiating offer letters, initiating background checks, and complete document management.
  • Administration of on-site contract staff: performance monitoring, daily time-tracking and client escalation management/resolution.
  • Build relationships with current client contacts to identify new or expanded opportunities.
  • Ongoing development of pipeline / pool of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
JOB DUTIES:
  • 3 to 6-month contract role with conversion potential
  • Position is based in DFW area
  • Target Compensation: $40k-$45k, plus 40% potential yearly bonus
