Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Must have:
• Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Developing custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
• Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.
• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify, analyse, develop, and digitise processes across the business to enable automation where possible
- Build and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages that support departmental and Legal group needs (Good to have )
- Strong SharePoint//SPFx develop skills (react framework) and use modern PnP web parts and extensions to enhance navigation, usability, and overall functionality
- Deep experience to design automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline document management, approvals, notifications, and other internal processes.
- Create low-code Power Apps that integrate with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services to support business operations
- Experience assessing, enhancing, and troubleshooting/supporting complex Power Automate Flows to address critical business needs.
- Ability to develop proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials to implement functionality from user stories to implementation to support.
- Must have 5+ years of experience Sharepoint Online with experience to manage large data volume of document
- Must have 5+ SharePoint SPFx design, development, and deployment experience in large scale enterprise (legal department preferred)
- Must have 3+ years proficiency with PowerShell and the Power Platform, including experience using Microsoft Graph, PnP, Search, and REST APIs for automation and integration
- Must have worked in Legal eDocs and familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, retention policies, eDiscovery, and governance practices supporting regulatory or client requirements
- Must resolve SharePoint-related issues, manage permissions, support navigation and content management, and participate in scheduled weekend maintenance - Drafting technical user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enablement activities in collaboration with the Technical Platform Owner.
Nice to have:
- Experience in implementing EPOAN Legal Document Management is highly preferred.
- Good to have knowledge of legal industry standards for confidentiality, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Experience creating/managing CI/CD pipeline to manage Power Platform Application lifecycle using Azure DevOps is preferred
