POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

โ€ข Works closely with the IT team to help develop, maintain and helps oversee Bank-wide IT programs
โ€ข Workflows using Visio โ€“ Power Automate and Power BI Orchestrator
โ€ข Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
โ€ข Assists in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
โ€ข Investigates daily trends of campaign delivery and prepares report of findings
โ€ข Collaborates with team member across departments
โ€ข Completes special projects and research requests
โ€ข Works collaboratively with assigned mentor to identify strengths, opportunities for growth, and skill development
โ€ข Ensures compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
โ€ข Performs other duties related to the internship role
โ€ข Assists with the development of department procedures, policies, and processes
โ€ข Delivers exceptional customer services consistently to all business lines; maintain positive and productive working relationships with all internal and external customers
โ€ข Adheres to all policies, procedures, processes, bankโ€™s practices, guidelines, expectations, laws, and regulations
โ€ข Exceeds all established position sales and referral goals, objectives, and expectations
โ€ข Demonstrates consistent professional appearance, image, ethics, integrity, demeanor, and represent the CTB brand
โ€ข Leads initiatives, add value, support the Bankโ€™s vision, core values, business principles, goals, and objectives

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software, or Cybersecurity
โ€ข One to four years exposure to Power BI and Power Automate
โ€ข IT Knowledge Base Documentation and Author Runbooks โ€“ Technical Writing Skills
โ€ข Excellent quality customer service, sales, and telephone skills with a genuine interest in serving customers and the ability to collaborate and build good cross-functional business relationships
โ€ข Strong analytical, technical, problem resolution, sales and critical thinking, skills
โ€ข Technology-savvy and proficient in using advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
โ€ข Expert level written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, informatively, tactfully and effectively work across all levels of the Bank
โ€ข Outgoing and trustworthy with the ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters and information
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to use accurate and great judgment, discretion, and reasoning, as well as, make sound business decisions, comprehend, and follows directions and instructions
