Location: Green Valley Rehabilitation Center| Eugene, OR

Wages: $44.73/HR - $60.34/HR(Based on licensed experience)

Schedule: PRN - shifts are not guaranteed

What You'll Do
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents and assess their individual needs

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others

Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in the state of practice

  • Ability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required)
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills
