Job description

Vaco Atlanta is working with non-profit company located in downtown Atlanta, GA as they search for a sharp Program Coordinator. This will be a CONTRACT position expected to last 1+ years. In-office work is required, so only candidates who live in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) compliance Handle project reporting, tracking & documentation Work closely with community organizations and key stakeholders Suggest process-related improvements Support research project and coordinate activities with consultants Maintain grant files, compliance documentation and supporting materials REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business administration is preferred. Experience in federal grant compliance, specifically 2 CFR Part 200 is REQUIRED Must have 2+ years of experience supporting federally funded programs Must have proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, databases and familiarity with federal grant tracking. Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
