Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform QA / Automation Engineer with strong experience in functional and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating Power Platform solutions, ensuring application quality through automation frameworks, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Experience with Playwright automation testing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional, regression, API, and automation testing for applications built on Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain proper testing documentation
• Identify defects, misconfigurations, and technical issues during testing cycles
• Track, report, and manage defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and ensure application quality
• Participate in sprint planning, testing cycles, and release validation activities
• Ensure application stability and performance through continuous testing practices
Required Skills & Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Strong experience in functional, regression, API, and automation testing
• Experience with test planning, execution, and requirements traceability
• Strong knowledge of defect management processes
• Ability to identify technical issues and defects independently
