Job Summary: 

The Power Platform Architect will help lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across JDH. This role is responsible for creating scalable, secure, and efficient applications and automation workflows, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic vision to drive JDH's digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Develop and enforce governance standards, best practices, and security protocols for Power Platform implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership for the design and deployment of integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Lead JDH organizational efforts around Power Platform projects and collaborating with our other developers. 
  • Evaluate emerging Power Platform features and capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
  • Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure, and integration frameworks.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience leading Power Platform governance and best practice adoption in enterprise environments
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or similar certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise security principles preferred.

Ability to navigate an office environment.

Regular and predictable attendance in office or site location.

Job may require occasional travel within the United States.
