Job description


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop custom Microsoft PowerApps solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead a team of PowerApps developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Influence technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Customize and integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft 365 tools and third-party systems to create seamless workflows and processes.
  • Design data models, connect to various data sources, and implement data manipulation and validation within PowerApps.
  • Conduct thorough testing of PowerApps solutions to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using PowerApps solutions effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PowerApps development and integration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design documents, and system specifications.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerApps development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
Proficient in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
