Job description

Reporting directly to the Business Systems Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will take the lead in several areas of the Concrete Strategies technology operations.

This is an on-site position at our Overland, MO (Greater St. Louis) headquarters. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The newly-created position will be in charge of:

  • System administration for technology specific to our business.
  • Working closely with Clayco’s IT ServiceDelivery team for technology resolutions.
  • Account creation and maintenance.
  • Mobile device management, setup and deployment.
  • First line of defense in troubleshooting office and field user issues.
  • Report development.
  • Training on new systems and bench-strengthening on the existing.

This position will require a balance of both interpersonal and problem-solving skills as CSI’s technology users have a wide range of experience and competency. Each day will bring about its own challenge!

Required technical skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Microsoft Excel in dealing with complex formulas and VBA/macros.
  • Microsoft Access experience a plus!
