About the Role
Advisicon is a Microsoft Partner focused on project and portfolio management and AI enablement. We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to support client implementations, build solutions, and contribute to the ongoing development of our accelerators and integrations.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on implementation, configuration, development, and support across Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem. You will work alongside project managers, solution architects, and client teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What You Will Do
Deliver Solutions
  • Configure and deploy solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner Premium, Project Online (PWA), Project Accelerator, Advisicon Accelerator, and Altus.
  • Participate in requirements and discovery sessions to understand business needs and implementation objectives.
  • Build Dataverse data models, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate flows, reports, and supporting configurations.
  • Support migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects.
  • Deliver assigned project work on schedule and within scope.
Develop and Configure
  • Extend existing Power Platform solutions and accelerators.
  • Build integrations between Power Platform and external systems using available tools, APIs, and connectors.
  • Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support activities.
  • Contribute reusable templates, components, and implementation assets that improve future project delivery.
Support Client Success

  • Assist clients with adoption and ongoing support needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and architects to resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and technical skill development.
What You Need
  • 3-5+ years of professional Power Platform experience.
  • Experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of solution management, environments, security roles, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing solutions from documented requirements and approved designs.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, and modern development practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PL-200, PL-400, or related Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with Project Online, Project Accelerator, Planner Premium, or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or integration technologies.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
  • Power BI reporting experience.
Compensation and Logistics
  • Target compensation range:$100,000-$125,000 depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
  • Type and location. Full-time contractor. Remote or onsite within the United States. This is an onshore-only role: you must be US-based and authorized to work in the United States.
