Job description

ACS Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a Power Apps Deployment Specialist for a remote consulting opportunity.

The selected consultant will support the packaging, documentation, deployment, and knowledge transfer of a Microsoft Power Platform-based application solution. This role requires strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, application documentation, and deployment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package and prepare a Microsoft Power Platform application for deployment and reuse.
  • Develop clear technical documentation, setup instructions, configuration guidance, workflow maps, and system administration materials.
  • Create user guides for system administrators, application administrators, and end users.
  • Document application architecture, workflows, integrations, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and operational support processes.
  • Review the existing application and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Support deployment readiness, portability, and independent use of the solution.
  • Prepare or provide writing samples showing strong technical writing ability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and web development/publishing experience.
  • Application packaging and deployment experience.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and produce clear documentation, workflow diagrams, and user-facing guides.
  • Knowledge of application development, user experience principles, technical writing, and Microsoft application development platforms.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
