Job description

Job Title:Weekend Merchandiser

Status:Part Time; Non-Exempt

Department:Sales

Schedule:Typically Saturday 6-8am-2pm (ish) and Sunday 6-8am-12pm (ish), hours are somewhat flexible, Weekday shifts possible but not required.

Position Description:

The Weekend Merchandiser is responsible for stocking shelves and rotating products in designated grocery and super store center. In addition, this position is responsible for the performance of all duties within the objectives, standards, mission, and policies of Doll Distributing LLC, State of Iowa laws and regulations governing the beer industry, and brewery/supplier requirements.

Essential Functions:

Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products daily primarily at grocery stores and super store centers in accordance with company and brewery merchandising standards

Manage incoming product at stores by emptying trucks and pallets and placing product in back stock or shelves

Organize product using proper rotation standards for freshness and quality, face product on shelves

Condense and organize back stock and backrooms at customer locations to ensure cleanliness at all times

Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup and return

Place proper point-of-sale materials on mail shelf, displays, and coolers

Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the external customer

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Compliance with all company safety guidelines

Other duties as assigned

Non Essential Functions:

Build, set, or move product displays at customer locations

Assist sales reps with various tasks as needed
