Position Overview:
Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor. This full-time role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both residents and staff during weekend night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts
  • Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered
  • Respond promptly to resident and staff needs
  • Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
  • Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions
