Job description

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including conferences, seminars, workshops, client meetings, and company gatherings.

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.

Create detailed event proposals and timelines, ensuring all deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth and successful event execution.

Develop and manage event registration processes and attendee communications.

Attend and take photos at events.

Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and suggest improvements for future events.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Branding

Assist in client gifting efforts with ideas, sourcing, and distribution

Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral, communications, and events.

Collaborate with leadership and department heads to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with our brand values and objectives.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Event Planner.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines and within budget.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.

Creativity with extreme attention to detail and positive attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings for and weekends as needed for specific events.
