We are seeking professional Special Event Security Officers to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of attendees, staff, and property at these prestigious events.

Position Overview:

As a Special Event Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and controlled environment at major events. Your responsibilities will include access control, crowd management, incident response, and ensuring compliance with venue safety protocols. This on-call position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities: Access Control:
  • Verify tickets, credentials, and identification at entry points.
  • Ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas.
Crowd Management:
  • Monitor guest behavior and proactively address potential disturbances.
  • Assist with maintaining safe crowd flow and providing directions.
Venue Patrol & Monitoring:
  • Conduct patrols of entrances, exits, VIP areas, and general seating.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter disruptive behavior and ensure venue safety.
Incident Response:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, including disturbances, unauthorized access, and medical emergencies.
  • Work alongside venue staff and law enforcement as needed.
Safety & Emergency Procedures:
  • Enforce venue rules and security policies.
  • Prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.
  • Assist with crowd evacuations and emergency response procedures as required.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in event security, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Valid BSIS California Guard Card required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
