REPORTS TO: Pastor of Family and Missions

Each team member is a person of integrity and makes decisions based on biblically-formed core values and the GCC Staff Statement of Ethics. Each team member is loyal to Lead Pastor Ted Bryant, other staff and lay leaders while living as a passionate advocate of GCC's mission, vision and values.

SUMMARY

This role helps people take their next steps toward Christ by providing a summer experience for college students that deepens their faith, engages them in leadership and counseling of kids and students at summer camps and employs them in meaningful ministry roles across the life of the church.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deepening Faith

Granger Academy students will participate in classroom style learning environments that will have a high emphasis on not only engaging the mind but practicing and implementing learnings.

Camp Month

Granger Academy students will be fully engaged in the Camp Month experience by being part of the Camp Staff including training week and leading for all four weeks of camp.

Ministry Ministry

Granger Academy students will be assigned to various departments at GCC focusing on support departments such as Facility Care, Grounds, Production and others.
