What is a church intern?

Church interns are individuals, often students or young adults, who work temporarily at a church to gain practical experience in ministry and church operations. Their duties can include assisting with worship services, youth programs, administrative tasks, and community outreach. Church internships provide valuable hands-on training and mentorship for those exploring or preparing for a career in ministry or related fields. These positions are usually part-time and may last for a summer, semester, or an academic year.
