Position Overview

We Care Healthcare Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in Gresham, Oregon. This full-time remote position provides a unique opportunity to deliver quality mental health care to individuals and families while contributing to meaningful community impact. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in evaluating mental health needs and devising tailored treatment plans, with an expected caseload of 25-30 clients per week.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and creative interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Each day presents the opportunity for impactful engagement with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Your therapeutic techniques will be critical in helping clients navigate their paths toward recovery and stability.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Proficient knowledge of family therapy services and community resources, along with experience in clinical documentation, including treatment plans and clinical notes.
  • Responsive and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • A commitment to working with a diverse clientele, including familiarity with cultural nuances and unique needs.
  • Ability to pass necessary background checks to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents, as well as knowledge of family dynamics and intergenerational issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
