We are looking for a social media standout! Our ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, possesses an outrageous attention to detail, and truly bleeds social media marketing. We are growing fast and need someone who can hit the ground running in this multi-faceted, high-energy role.


Please note: This is a full-time position working at the Brokerage's office each day (no remote work).






Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Social Media Management: Oversee all social media campaigns from inception to analysis. This includes campaign and content creation, execution, daily monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Work with current and create new social media strategies that collaborate seamlessly with our broader marketing goals.
  • Content & Video Creation: Produce engaging video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and digital media tailored to the real estate market.
  • PR & Advertising: Run targeted social media advertising campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
  • Analytics: Analyze and report on social media actions monthly, identifying successes and capturing new trends to refine our processes.
  • Listing Management: Handle the administrative duties associated with organizing, inputting, and managing all of the Brokerage's property listings.
  • Executive Support: Perform dedicated administrative and organizational duties as an Executive Assistant to the Owner/Broker.
