Founded in 2017 to fill a gap in the market for purpose-built supply chain execution insights, Rebus has grown into a full suite of solutions spanning labor management, warehouse analytics, real-time AI-driven labor decisions, inventory management, and 3PL billing.
What to expect
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales team.
  • Ideal candidate is a self-motivated achiever with strong SaaS sales background in an outbound focused role.
  • Preferred if you have supply chain domain expertise or hands-on warehouse/DC operations experience.
  • Remote-based in United States or Canada; must be able to travel to & within both.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new opportunities using email and outbound calling to build pipeline.
  • Engage new customer prospects as assigned from sales, marketing & lead generation activities.
  • Maintain accurate deal information within the corporate CRM system HubSpot.
  • Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop effective deal strategies and proactively manage sales cycles to achieve quarterly booking objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Manage sales engagements in accordance with Longbow's corporate sales process and utilize required tools to document and facilitate sales cycles.
  • Bring a start-up mentality to the job every day by demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, creativity, and positivity in everything you do.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years software-as-a-service sales experience selling enterprise-level supply chain software and services.
  • Experience and success selling Warehouse Management, Labor Management & Transportation Management solutions & services ($200K and above).
  • High comfort level and presence with senior executives.
  • Proven quota attainment record
  • Experience in a team-based selling environment.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage network relationships to develop new pipeline opportunities.
  • Outstanding customer-focused account management skills.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or distribution center operations is a plus.
  • Virtual-based position: Ability to travel 50%
