Operations Management
  • Coordinate day-to-day dispatches and ensuretimelydelivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain clear visibility on inventory, stock levels, and order status.
  • Coordinate with production,warehouse, andlogisticsteams for smooth execution.
Logistics Delivery
  • Prepare dispatch plans and follow up with transporters for on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Track shipments and update internal systems and customers.
  • Handle issues related to delays, damage, or re-routing as needed.
Customer Coordination Support
  • Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation, feedback, and repeat requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all supply-related customer queries.
  • Ensure service level.
Reporting Documentation
  • Maintain dispatch records, delivery logs, and customer communication logs.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.
  • Update ERP/CRM tools regularly with order and shipment status.
Requirements:
  • 14+years of experience in operations, dispatch, or customer coordination.
