Job description

Job Overview:

  • Seeking a WMS Functional Process Consultant with experience in WMS implementations to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience in WMS implementations (MARC, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with warehouse and logistics leaders to understand current state processes and pain points; translate requirements into future-state process flows for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and returns.
  • Configure WMS parameters, rules, and workflows to meet service levels and compliance requirements; maintain configuration governance and change control.
  • Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS, transportation carriers, EDI partners, and warehouse automation.
  • Serve as L3 SME for complex incidents impacting warehouse execution; perform root-cause analysis across application, database, and integration layers; implement corrective and preventive actions and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, extracts, and reconciliation routines to ensure inventory accuracy and transaction integrity; develop operational dashboards/KPIs using approved reporting tools.
