What You'll Do


As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in Exotec's continued growth across North America by developing and closing large-scale warehouse automation opportunities with some of the world's most recognized brands.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide customers through complex sales cycles, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and help organizations transform their supply chain operations through innovative automation solutions.

  • Own and drive strategic sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract signature.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on enterprise clients and large-scale automation initiatives.
  • Lead commercial discussions and defend proposed solutions with client and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, from discovery and solution design through final negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal resources, including Sales Engineering, Engineering, and Project teams, to deliver compelling client solutions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholder groups.
  • Support business development efforts by qualifying leads and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Represent Exotec at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to Exotec's position as a leading provider of warehouse automation solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience within warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, supply chain technology, logistics software, or systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior client and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously while driving results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
  • Nice to have: Experience developing strategic enterprise accounts, generating new business opportunities, and representing an organization at industry conferences, trade shows, or client events.
