Job Title: Corporate Floral Manager
Primary Supervisor: Corporate Produce Manager
Status: Exempt
Job Summary: As the Corporate Floral Manager at Broulim's, you will be responsible for overseeing the Floral operations across our grocery store chain. You will work closely with store managers, produce departments, and corporate teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, freshness, and customer service. Your role will involve developing and implementing best practices, monitoring performance metrics, and providing training and support to floral teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your floral expertise and leadership skills to drive success and innovation in our floral operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee floral operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all store locations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for floral handling, storage, and display to ensure freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor floral performance metrics, such as shrinkage rates, inventory levels, sales trends, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Provide training and support to floral teams, including store managers and floral team members, to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality floral and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of floral departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on floral performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with store managers, floral departments, and corporate teams to provide updates on floral operations and address any concerns or issues.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies and merchandising plans to drive floral sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements related to floral operations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Travel frequently to various store locations to provide training to floral team members and support departments in need.
