We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our e-commerce initiatives. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage sales transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
