Monitor and manage warehouse automation technologies in real time

Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve operational interruptions

Use tablets or mobile devices to interact directly with robotic equipment

Escalate complex issues and track system performance

Investigate root causes of system failures and contribute to continuous improvement

Support overall warehouse flow by ensuring systems are operating efficiently

Utilize internal applications to monitor system health and performance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment

Ability to interact with web-based systems and applications

Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity is a big plus

Experience with Microsoft SQL or data systems (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with tools, safety equipment, or working at heights is helpful

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet when necessary

Ability to step over, under, and navigate steel rail systems

Why This Role Stands Out

Work directly with automation and robotics technology

Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative operation

Every shift brings new challenges and problem-solving opportunities

Play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly

Who This Role Is Perfect For

Warehouse professionals looking to move into automation/tech-focused roles

Mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy fixing and troubleshooting

Candidates who like hands-on work with a technical edge
