Job description

Tester (Automation) 
Salary Range: $85,000 to $102,500 
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Tester (Automation) to support DLIFLC at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The Automation Tester designs and maintains automated tests that provide functional, regression, and integration test coverage for applications and services, and architects scalable test automation infrastructures used by the DevOps team.
This position is contingent upon contract award.  
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated functional, regression, and integration tests.
• Architect and implement scalable test automation infrastructures, fixtures, and harnesses.
• Integrate automated tests into CI build environments.
• Partner with developers to identify and resolve defects.
Required Qualifications
• AA/AS in a related discipline, OR 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering or QA experience.
• Hands-on experience setting up CI build environments.
• U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications 
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
