Our client is a growing FinTech startup in the Big Data and Analytics space. They offer 

an enterprise-grade data platform to financial advisors, financial services firms and 

technology companies to more intelligently aggregate, manage, and analyze financial 

portfolio data. 


Job Description:--

They're looking for a high-achieving dynamic Sales Director to take the lead on high-

value enterprise deals and help shape the future and structure of their New York based 

sales team.


Responsibilities are thus to:

-Take lead on major enterprise relationships with financial institutions, large 

technology/industry platforms and large broker-dealers.

-Manage enterprise deals in the financial technology/wealth management space, from lead 

generation to close.

-Navigate roles and ecosystems at enterprise financial services and financial technology 

prospects and clients to build "stickiness" and close deals.

-Take lead on scaling a sales organization in a growing company to optimize the pursuit 

and balance of enterprise clients.


Requirements:--

-Must have at least 5 years experience in enterprise sales within the fintech/wealth 

management/financial advisory industry.

-Familiarity and appreciation for the cadence of enterprise technology sales -- be patient, 

be persistent, be smart, and be hungry.

-Experience growing and managing other members of a sales organization, both junior and 

senior.
