Job description

Dew Wealth Management is a Fiduciary Investment Advisory Firm that provides "Fractional Family Office" wealth management services to entrepreneurs through a model that is disrupting the investment advisory industry. Our visionary model and elite team of highly entrepreneurial advisors has resulted in an aggressive growth trajectory that Inc. Magazine has recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.

We have also been lauded by Investment News as one of the "Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors," and are a "Great Place to Work" certified company. If you love being challenged by complex problems and are hungry for an opportunity to rapidly advance your skillset and career, Dew Wealth Management offers a collaborative and supportive culture that will invest in your professional development in equal measure to your investments in our clients' success. ABOUT THE POSITION This is not your typical advisory role.

Our clients are the entrepreneurs who built America's most successful businesses from nothing. They're brilliant, demanding, and relentless. They don't need someone to manage their portfolio they need a strategic partner who can navigate the complexity of significant wealth, coordinate teams of elite professionals, and deliver insights that move the needle.

As an Associate Advisor, you'll work alongside an Advisor, Lead Advisor, and Senior Advisor managing Fractional Family Office services for clients who expect excellence. We'll invest heavily in your development through rigorous training and ongoing support, preparing you to build credibility through the quality of your thinking, the confidence of your delivery, and your willingness to tell clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. The work is hard.

You'll navigate complex family wealth dynamics, coordinate professional advisors (attorneys, CPAs, business managers), and juggle competing priorities across personal wealth and active businesses. You'll dive deep into advanced planning strategies irrevocable trust structures, qualified small business stock elections, entity optimization, and wealth transfer techniques. The problems are diverse and multifaceted.

The stakes are high. The learning curve is steep. The opportunity is extraordinary.

You'll be part of an elite team tackling some of the most intellectually challenging work in wealth management. You'll develop the kind of technical expertise where you can cite specific IRC sections in client meetings and explain the nuances of GRATs to rooms full of attorneys and CPAs. You'll see the direct impact of your work on entrepreneurs' lives.

And you'll grow faster than you thought possible. This isn't about cold-calling or chasing AUM. This is about becoming the advisor that successful entrepreneurs trust with their most important financial decisions.

If you're ready to grow into this role, we're ready to invest in you. This is a fully remote role with no business development responsibilities. Compensation is salary and performance bonuses.

There's a clearly defined career path with the potential to earn six figures within 12 months for top performers, and an ownership opportunity at no cost and with no risk. WORKING WITHIN A DISTRIBUTED WORKFORCE This is a fully remote role. About four times per year, we'll fly you to our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters to connect with colleagues and align on quarterly objectives.

Beyond that, your primary interaction is through our cloud-based tech stack. We're currently only hiring applicants in the continental United States (excluding CA) to keep our team within four time zones. REQUIREMENTS We care more about who you are and how you show up than your resume, but we maintain baseline standards: Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or related field 1-2 years of financial services experience, ideally in an advisory or client-facing capacity Current enrollment in or completion of CFP program preferred Must reside in the continental United States, excluding CA WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR Gravitas – You can command respect in a (virtual) room with successful entrepreneurs, seasoned attorneys, and CPAs.

You communicate with clarity and confidence, even when navigating complex situations. Clients see you as a peer, not just a service provider. Intellectual Firepower – You're genuinely curious and love solving complex problems.

You synthesize information quickly, ask smart questions, and see patterns others miss. Grit – You do the hard things without being asked. When you hit obstacles, you find solutions, not excuses.

You handle feedback like a pro and use it to get better. Entrepreneurial Spirit – You genuinely admire entrepreneurs and understand what drives them. Their intensity energizes you.

You want to be an integral part of their success. Extreme Ownership – When you say you'll do something, it gets done. You take ownership of problems and see them through, even when it's inconvenient.

Technical Nerd – You get genuinely excited about nerding out on the Internal Revenue Code. You want to develop deep expertise in irrevocable trust structures, advanced entity planning, QSBS strategies, and wealth transfer techniques. When a client's attorney references IRC Section 1202 or a GRAT, you don't just nod along you understand the mechanics, the tax implications, and the planning opportunities.

If spending your evenings reading PLRs sounds appealing rather than tedious, you'll thrive here. Desire to Be Great – You want to be the best at what you do. You're willing to put in the work, take the coaching, and push yourself beyond your comfort zone.

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF: You want to be tested by sophisticated clients who will push you to be better every day You believe doing difficult work well is more satisfying than doing easy work perfectly You're ready to learn from an elite team who will genuinely invest in your development You believe entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of the American economy and you're energized by their creativity and passion You want to play a critical role in a rapidly growing organization redefining wealth management You believe in transparent, comprehensive planning where clients pay a fixed monthly fee for real value You want to deliver exceptional results rather than chase your own book of business You have the maturity and presence to work effectively with highly successful clients at all stages of your career You genuinely love nerding out on tax code, trust law, and advanced planning strategies THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You prefer highly structured work with clear, predictable workflows You want to source clients and build your own book You want to spend significant time researching markets and making allocation changes (investment management is You want a large portion of compensation based on sales commissions You struggle with follow-through, project management, or taking action without being told You're uncomfortable receiving direct feedback or being challenged by clients and colleagues You prefer transactional work over deep, complex planning relationships You find technical tax and estate planning topics boring or overly complex COMPENSATION Compensation for this role is $80,000 per year, structured as a $65,000 base salary plus a performance bonus, paid semi-annually. A clearly defined career path exists with the potential to earn six figures within 12 months for top performers. Additionally, the firm offers a generous benefits package including fully subsidized healthcare for employees, a 401(k)-matching program, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
