Our Platform Intelligence team is building Watchtower, a centralized operational hub built on Spotify's Backstage that transforms how incident response and error correction work at massive scale. As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll architect and build the operational intelligence platform that thousands of engineers rely on during their most critical moments. Using React, TypeScript, Redis, PostgreSQL, and cutting edge AI, you'll create event driven systems that blend automation with human judgment to keep a Fortune 500 company running smoothly when things go wrong.
