Valeo Resources has partnered with a B2B SaaS / CRM technology organization (Salesforce-like platform). We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Vice President of Customer Success to join the team. In this role, you will oversee the full post-sale customer lifecycle, leading implementation, enablement, support, retention, and expansion for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Position: Vice President of Customer Success
Company: B2B SaaS / CRM Technology Organization
Location: Remote USA
Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full-time - W2)
Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the end-to-end customer success strategy from onboarding through renewal
  • Lead Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams
  • Drive adoption, retention, net revenue retention (NRR), and customer satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Establish customer health metrics, KPIs, and Salesforce-based reporting
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS
  • Strong Salesforce or Salesforce-like CRM platform experience
  • Proven success improving retention and driving expansion revenue
  • Excellent executive communication and operational leadership skills
