VP of Customer Success | AI-Driven Runtime Security

This position is a remote position for candidates based on the East Coast US!

We're partnering with one of the most exciting cybersecurity start-up's in the market as they hire their first VP of Customer Success!


Having raised $100M+ in just three years, this Series B business has established itself as the category creator in Runtime Security, helping enterprise organisations identify and stop real application threats in production — not just manage endless vulnerability alerts.


Already trusted by several large fortune 500 customers, the company has built exceptional commercial momentum!


The Customer Success function is already established, but the business is now looking for an experienced leader to take it to the next level. This is an opportunity to inherit a strong foundation while bringing fresh ideas around customer engagement, expansion, renewals, customer advocacy and scaling best practices as the company continues its rapid global growth.


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a global team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Define and execute the Customer Success strategy across onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion.
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks and customer programmes to support continued hypergrowth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to maximise customer outcomes.
  • Develop executive relationships with enterprise customers and become a trusted advisor.
  • Drive world-class retention, customer satisfaction and net revenue retention.


Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Experience establishing or re-establishing CS functions from early stages within the world of cyber security.
  • Team management experience.
  • Ability to review processes and make high-impact changes.
  • Willingness to still be customer facing and drive C-level conversations.
  • A technical background prior to moving into customer success!
