About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing to lead enterprise-wide go-to-market strategy and marketing orchestration across a portfolio of leading consumer brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this executive will play a critical role in shaping how marketing strategy is developed, prioritized, and executed across the organization. This leader will drive integrated campaign planning, execute the go-to-marketing process, lead a talented team of Brand Marketing Managers and Strategic Partnerships professionals, and ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, merchandising, product, analytics and communications functions. This role can be located inAtlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, New York, NY or other approved locations.

What You'll Do

Lead Enterprise Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for key revenue-driving occasions and campaigns
  • Establish long-term planning frameworks across brands
  • Drive alignment between business priorities and marketing investments
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer, market and performance insights

Build Integrated Marketing Excellence

  • Design and implement scalable -campaign execution operating models
  • Standardize planning processes, governance and execution practices
  • Improve organizational efficiency and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead enterprise campaign prioritization and coordination

Drive Omnichannel Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign development across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Ensure alignment of creative, media, PR, CRM, digital and merchandising strategies
  • Establish clear objectives, measurement frameworks and performance reviews

Lead and Develop Teams

  • Mentor and develop Brand Marketing Managers and strategic partnerships team members
