Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus, OH 43215The VP of Health Care provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization's integrated healthcare services. This role is responsible for the administration, management, and day-to-day operations of integrated healthcare programs, including behavioral health, physical health, vocational services, and other specialty healthcare initiatives. The Vice President partners closely with executive leadership, clinical leaders, and external stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency, patient outcomes, and organizational performance while fostering a culture of integrated healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership andsupervision for staffassigned to integratedhealthcare programs.
  • Oversee daily operationsand ensure effectivedelivery of integratedhealthcare services.
  • Monitor and improveclinical, operational,financial, productivity,and quality performancemetrics.
  • Develop and implementquality improvement initiativesto enhance patientoutcomes and organizationalefficiency.
  • Serve as astrategic advisor tothe CEOon integrated healthcareinitiatives.
  • Collaborate withclinicalleaders regarding programoperations and healthcareintegration.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with Medicaid, managed care organizations, county boards, foundations, and other healthcarepartners.
  • Support the development, implementation, and optimizationof the ElectronicMedical/Health Record(EMR/EHR) tomeet regulatory andintegrated care standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, andimplement evidence-basedintegrated healthcare modelsand best practices.
  • Lead or participatein strategic planning, administrative, and clinicalmeetings.
  • Partner with ExecutiveLeadership and theGrants Manager topursue grant fundingand new programopportunities.
  • Develop community partnershipsthat strengthen servicesand expand accessto care.
  • Support workforce development, including continuing educationinitiatives and professionaltraining opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree inPsychology, Social Work, Counseling, or anotherrelated behavioral healthfield;orMSN;orMD/DO withsignificant behavioralhealth clinical andleadership experience.
  • Current independent professionallicense appropriate todiscipline (with supervisorydesignation if applicable).
  • Minimum of7 yearsof progressive seniorleadership or executivemanagement experience inhealthcare or behavioralhealthcare.
  • Demonstrated experiencein strategic planning, program development, qualityimprovement, and organizationalleadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
