Department:Operations Join a Growing Healthcare Organization GetWell Health System is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support clinic leadership, providers, and staff in delivering exceptional patient care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Healthcare Operations Coordinator serves as a key resource for clinic supervisors and management by assisting with clinical operations, patient services, administrative projects, and daily workflow coordination. This role is perfect for an experienced Medical Assistant, Patient Service Representative, Office Coordinator, or healthcare professional looking to grow into healthcare management and operations. What You'll Do Operations & Leadership Support

  • Assist supervisors and managers with daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, audits, and tracking logs.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, and administrative follow-up.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and communicate operational concerns to leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and department communications.

Patient Services

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
