Job Overview
We are looking for a Vice President (VP) to expand the Data and AI Practice. This leader will be responsible for P&L management, business development, client relationship management, solution architecture, and overall thought leadership. The ideal candidate will bring immediate client credibility, a robust network of industry contacts, and a comprehensive understanding of current analytics and digital trends affecting the healthcare ecosystem. The new VP must have a history of delivering high-quality work and building ongoing, trust-based relationships with the C-suite of major providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals). Experience with payers and other sectors of the broader healthcare industry is also valuable.
Driven by the dynamic and evolving needs of the healthcare market, Impact Advisors anticipates significant growth for the Data and AI Practice. The new VP will harness the firm's existing data and analytics capabilities to extend services to a larger client base and more diverse market segments. This individual will enhance and help drive the current Go-to-Market (GTM) approach for new data products and analytics solutions. They will be hands-on, managing development and delivery while securing new accounts and expanding existing business. Identifying and building the assets and accelerators needed to enable sales and delivery will be critical in this role. A strong understanding of the Epic Analytics Eco System and Azure Cloud technologies is essential. Moreover, they should possess good knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics applications and know how to position analytics and data-led transformation programs with clients.
Playing a highly visible role within the firm, this VP will be expected to contribute strategically to the firm's future direction and governance. Therefore, the individual must align with the firm's philosophy of maintaining an extreme focus on quality of delivery, client satisfaction, and positive culture. This position represents a significant opportunity for a talented healthcare consultant who seeks to play a key role in the strategic development and future growth of the Analytics Practice..
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Lead business development efforts resulting in $10M+ annually in sales. Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide.
Delivery: Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients.
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice.
Developing IP & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and competition to aggressively grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop differentiated thought leadership that sparks discussion. Participate in industry conferences and speaking engagements to enhance personal and firm reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, ideally serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals).
Proficiency with cloud-based technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, analytical libraries, and business intelligence tools
Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and the capacity to quickly build client trust.
Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing.
Genuine passion for and commitment to transforming healthcare delivery.
Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character - demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $215,000 to $330,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for commission or an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
