Overview

Ready to shape the digital future of a high-growth, PE-backed business? Weโ€™re seeking a visionary yet hands-on VP to build and lead our client's Digital, Data & AI agenda โ€” right at the heart of their transformation journey.

Reporting to the CDIO, youโ€™ll engage with board-level stakeholders and peers (CISO, Transformation, Applications, Infrastructure) to architect and execute a greenfield digital strategy. Youโ€™ll build a small, agile team, drive rapid implementation of digital/data initiatives and deliver measurable impact across M&A, business growth, and operational excellence.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Shape and execute the digital roadmap, integrating new acquisitions and modernizing systems
  • Deliver early wins and long-term transformation in a complex, regulated environment
What we offer
  • Board-level visibility and direct impact on business growth
  • Entrepreneurial, supportive Mid-west cultureโ€”recently acquired by EQT
  • Modern office, hybrid working, and relocation support
  • Opportunity to drive environmental protection and customer impact

Weโ€™re looking for a strategic operator with board gravitas, resilience, and a passion for building. If you thrive in ambiguity, love to execute and want to shape the future, letโ€™s talk!
