Paid Internship - Operations & Project Support
In Office - Indianapolis, IN
Balance Claims is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support our operations team across multiple departments, including Administrative, Customer Service, and Production.
This is a hands-on internship designed to provide real-world experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Interns will work directly within our systems and workflows, supporting active project files and gaining exposure to how construction job file administration is managed across multiple stages of the process.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in operations, business, or the insurance restoration industry who are looking to build practical experience and develop professional skills.
This is a paid, in-office internship with the potential for long-term involvement and full-time opportunities based on performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Support day-to-day operations across Administrative, Customer Service, and Production teams
